Colorist- Faultline

Faultline from Director's Ella Mikayelyan and Gabriella Vore, was a fun short film to color. Working with my friend, DP and lighting console programmer, Mykola Kovalenko, we worked on making some throwback looks to cinematographers like Darius Khondji going for some French Gold and playing with bleached bypass looks. The film is a surreal Lynchian look into the nightmare reality of a sex worker. Mykola did a beautiful job capturing the seediness the director's were looking for and my job was just to use Davinci Resolve to dial up his beautiful and frightening imagery.
